CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel for any reason with a full refund minus a $25 per person administrative fee prior to December 30, 2013. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 14 days prior to the start of the Innkeeping Conference & Trade Show, which starts on January 13, 2014. Request must be received in writing. If there is a governmental declared weather state of emergency where you reside that makes it impossible for you to travel to Charleston, South Carolina over the dates of the 2014 Innkeeping Conference & Trade Show we are able to offer a 50% credit of your registration fees that can be used towards any product, event, and/ or membership with PAII. This credit must be used by the end of 2014. For more information, call the Director of Events at 856-310-1102.
If you are a Master or Advocate Level Member of PAII and your full conference registration is included in your membership dues, please note – if you must cancel for any reason, there is no refund. You will still receive the entire set of conference DVDs.
